During a physiotherapy session, you'll work one-on-one with a trained therapist who will help you improve your movement and function, particularly if you're recovering from an injury or experiencing bodily pains. Here's a general idea of what a session looks like:

Assessment: The session starts with an evaluation where the therapist will ask you about your medical history and the issues you are facing. They might examine your posture, mobility, and other physical aspects to understand your current condition better.

Personalized Plan: Based on the assessment, the therapist will create a plan tailored just for you. This plan aims to alleviate your pains and help you regain your movement capabilities in the most effective way.

Exercises and Techniques: You'll then go through various exercises and techniques, guided by the therapist. These activities are designed to help you regain strength, flexibility, and balance.
Use of Equipment: Depending upon your condition, the therapist might use special equipment or tools to assist in your rehabilitation. These tools are designed to facilitate more effective treatment.

Guidance and Advice: Aside from exercises, the therapist will provide guidance on how to manage your condition better at home. This might include advice on improving your daily activities and lifestyle habits to prevent further injuries.

Progress Tracking: Throughout your physiotherapy journey, your therapist will regularly assess your progress and adjust your treatment plan accordingly to ensure that you are moving towards your recovery goals.

Remember, the main goal of physiotherapy is to help you regain your mobility and return to your regular activities, feeling stronger and more comfortable. It's a collaborative process, where your input and efforts are crucial for achieving the best outcomes.
